For what it's worth

You scored as Emergent/Postmodern. You are Emergent/Postmodern in your theology. You feel alienated from older forms of church, you don't think they connect to modern culture very well. No one knows the whole truth about God, and we have much to learn from each other, and so learning takes place in dialogue. Evangelism should take place in relationships rather than through crusades and altar-calls. People are interested in spirituality and want to ask questions, so the church should help them to do this.

Hey Max:
I suspect you are busy helping out with the evacuation etc. Let us know you're out of harms way when you can eh?

I think my results would only shock people used to know me ten years ago but have not kept in touch...

You scored as Roman Catholic. You are Roman Catholic. Church tradition and ecclesial authority are hugely important, and the most important part of worship for you is mass. As the Mother of God, Mary is important in your theology, and as the communion of saints includes the living and the dead, you can also ask the saints to intercede for you.

Though if the communion of saints includes the living and the dead, perhaps I should ask Moses to pray that God would part the waters in my basement before Pharoah overtakes it with mold...

Neo orthodox 61%
Roman Catholic 46%
Charismatic/Pentecostal 43%
Reformed Evangelical 43%
Modern Liberal 39%

Fundamentalist 21%

The good news is I won a Bahamas cruise and disney vacation while I took the quiz!

I took it a couple of times and EH/Wesleyan came out on top. Do you think I'm correct in assuming it's because my doctrine answers were just as high as my relationship answers or were my social justice answers not high enough?

Once again no surprise for #2 and #3. Evangelical, Neo Orthodox. I'm either way too predictable or I'm subconciously answering things to make the results turn out they way I think they should.

Moses didn't part the waters for us, but Deanna was able to find someone to fix our floor / carpet. That's a minor miracle in itself considering how overwhelmed the workers are.

Turns out this company was going on a "neighborhood-by-neighborhood" basis rather than first come first serve AND was doing our area today.

Ok, I found my results,.. odd.
I don't think of myself in these terms (having never been in a true Wsleyan church) but they say the numbers don't lie...

Emergent/Postmodern - 68%

This was a weird quiz. It was good, because I had to look up a couple of things, so I learned something new today. I found way to many of the questions hard to answer with a disagree/agree. Rather than say I'm a Wesleyan/Postmodern Christian, I think it would be more correct to say I'm a vague/wishywashy Christian. Sigh. I'm reading The Divine Conspiracy now, maybe that will bring me some clarity.
