Dropped off a framed 8x10 of the above picture at Pedalhead this morning. It's been 10 years, 20,000 km, 5 bikes and I don't know how many rims since I bought my first brodie from Al at the Edmonton Store. He then moved to Calgary to open the Calgary shop and I followed the next year. I'm much larger than anyone I know who averages 2000 km in year, so keeping me on the road for 10 years is no small feat. Thanks guys!

Lovely shot. I like your biking story just as well. I bought a bike earlier this year, and have loved getting out when I can. But can't even imagine putting on the mileage you have! Wooot! Rather inspirational.
Thanks Erin. The first year I set a goal for my KM it was 1000 KM and it took all year to do it. I Don't think I could have imagined doing the KM I am now. You just keep working on it.
