Couldn't help but notice the free WiFi at Eau Claire Market when I was there for the recent flickr meet. Didn't get a chance to use it but this young woman was using it and VOIP to talk to a friend.

Couldn't help but notice the free WiFi at Eau Claire Market when I was there for the recent flickr meet. Didn't get a chance to use it but this young woman was using it and VOIP to talk to a friend.
