Hit the 1000 KM mark yesterday on the way back to Canmore after ridding the Goat Creek trail. Ted pulled up beside me and we chatted about bike and equipment. He's biking from Vancouver to St. John's. He did it in 2002 and he's doing it again. He's blogging his adventure. Go Ted!
