First short-handed overtime goal in Stanley Cup Final History!

And it's already up on wikipedia.

Go Oilers!

It's also the first Oilers goal I've seen during the play offs, what a great goal to watch live, after taking a penalty in OT too!

Let's hope they can be the first team to come back from being down 3-1 in the Stanley Cup.

Go Oilers!!!

The pessimist in me says: The Oilers have never come from behind to win a Stanley Cup.

The optimist in me says: The Oilers have always won every Stanley Cup final in which they won at least one game. Also, many teams have forced a game 7 after being down 3-1.

On another note, while I'm usually opposed to "booing" the other team, I somehow find it hilarious that the Oilers Fans spontaneously and universally "boo" every time Doug Weight gets the puck.

drumstick - thanks for that. A great deal of the fun from this run has been bitter flames fans :)

- Peace

Forcing a game 7 with a backup goal tender after being down 3-1. The stuff of legends.
